Week 47

Here are the pictures Sister Martin took of us a few weeks ago

since my camera isn't uploading pictures to these computers.

 

GUESS WHAT!!?!?!?? I am getting transferred from Yucca Valley =( i am really sad and it breaks my heart to leave all these amazing people, but i know that God has a work for me to do else where. I am getting Transferred to Fontana (5 minutes away from my first area Rialto!) I will be opening a new area and training again. Eek... I'm a little nervous! I know that i am going to have to depend on the Lord to the EXTREME the next little while..... We actually found out Sunday night at around 10:20... after they told me i was getting transferred, opening a new area AND training i freaked (in the mind) i started shaking... like i ALWAYS do when I'm nervous/anxious and i couldn't stop! I new that i needed to pray so i could go to bed. Kneel ed down at my bed and asked my Heavenly Father to comfort me and within 1 minute of praying to my Heavenly father i was calm. I wasn't shaking anymore. I knew that i was in the Lords hands and that God had a plan for me in Fontana and that my work in Yucca was done. It was an amazing experience =)

My last week here in Yucca has been pretty amazing! We Got 2 new investigators and tons of potentials! One who's child got bit in the face by a members dog last night............. =/ that was bad........... hope she doesn't sue... 

This past Sunday was one of the greatest Sundays! 5 of our investigators showed up =) Including Steve! I was so happy to see him there =) I hope he continues to make an effort to come. The talks were great and the lesson in Gospel principles was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better last Sunday.

we played Volleyball at the Singles branch activity on Sat night... I hate skirts..... they limit my athletic ability.......

I will miss them so much! We had so much fun together!

I got the Jeep stuck this week in the sand... the back right tire was completely off the ground! luckily.. the amazing Singles in the area came and helped us. One of them offered to say a prayer before we try to get us un-stuck. I was so impressed! These people out here have so much faith!

He has so much passion for the gospel and helping others to receive it!

I've learned so much from him, we will be friends forever!

Sister Rogers and i were speed walking through the dark primary room one morning and I TOTALLY slammed into a table with my thy! ouch... that really hurt...

Alright, well I've gotta get going! I love you all =) I'm sure I'm going to need some uplifting words in the next few weeks... it's going to be rough!
